They don't download an app, create an account, or onboard into anything new. Brine reads each message, including PDF, Word, and Excel attachments, and turns it into a clean, structured order.

Fortnox is supported today with a full two-way sync: change something in Fortnox and Brine picks it up; make a change in Brine and it's pushed back. Approved orders flow through automatically — invoice created, inventory updated, cost centers assigned — with no double entry. Visma Business and Visma Business NXT are the ERPs we're looking at supporting next.

With our iOS app, you can screenshot a single order conversation and send it straight to Brine using the iOS share sheet — from wherever you are on your phone. If you want more automation, our connectors filter what should be processed, handle it, and leave the rest alone. And whenever something is uncertain, Brine flags it and alerts the right person to resolve it — nothing is assumed.
