How much does Brine cost?

Brine is 2,000 SEK per month, and that includes 100 processed orders. After that it's 15 SEK per order, so your cost follows your real volume as it rises and falls with the season. There are no per-seat fees and no percentage of your sales, and early adopters get special pricing in exchange for helping shape the product with us.

Why is Brine's pricing this low?

Because we're early-stage and building Brine together with our first customers. It's intentionally low — the commitment we ask in return is that we work on the product together, with your feedback shaping where it goes. This is not the price we'll go to market with at a later stage; it's an early-adopter rate, and we'll honor it for the partners who join us now.

Do you charge per user or per seat?

No. Brine has no per-seat or per-user fees, so your whole team can work from one account at no extra cost. We'd rather your whole team use Brine than have you ration logins.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. We never take a cut of your sales or order value. You pay a flat monthly base plus a fixed price per order — that's the whole model.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No long commitment. Brine is month to month, so if it's not the right fit you can leave anytime — no hard feelings. We'd rather earn your business every month than tie you into a contract.

How am I billed?

We invoice per calendar month, kept simple. The 2,000 SEK base covers your first 100 orders, and anything beyond that is added once the month closes. Prefer a different billing schedule? We're flexible — just tell us what works for you.

That's exactly what the model is built for. Your price follows your volume — quiet months cost less and busy months a little more — so you only ever pay for the orders you actually process.

Which systems of record does Brine sync with?

Accepted Answer

Brine syncs two ways with your accounting and ERP systems — Fortnox and Visma today, with more on the way. Approved orders flow straight through: invoice created, inventory updated, no double entry.
