Brine is 299 SEK per month with 20 processed orders included — after that it's 15 SEK per order. Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No commitment and nothing to cancel: if Brine isn't the right fit, the trial simply ends. Leave your email and we'll get you set up the same day.

Do you charge per user or per seat?

No. Brine has no per-seat or per-user fees, so your whole team can work from one account at no extra cost. We'd rather your whole team use Brine than have you ration logins.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. We never take a cut of your sales or order value. You pay a flat monthly base plus a fixed price per order — that's the whole model.

That's exactly what the model is built for. Your price follows your volume — quiet months cost less and busy months a little more — so you only ever pay for the orders you actually process.

Do I need Fortnox or another ERP to use Brine?

Accepted Answer

No — Brine runs standalone, with orders, products, and customers living in Brine itself. When you use a system of record, Brine syncs two ways with it: Fortnox today, with Visma Business and Visma Business NXT next. Approved orders flow straight through — invoice created, inventory updated, no double entry.
