Choose your appearance

Brine can show its interface in a light theme, a dark theme, or whichever one your device is using. Pick whatever's easiest on your eyes — the change applies the moment you tap it, no reload needed.

Pick a theme

Go to Settings → Appearance and choose one of the three options:

• Light — a bright interface, best in well-lit rooms.
• Dark — a darker interface, easier on the eyes in low light.
• System — Brine follows your device's own appearance setting and switches automatically when your device does, including any day-to-night schedule you've set.

Your choice is saved per device, so the theme you pick on your laptop is separate from the one on your phone or tablet. Set each device the way you like it.
