1. Create your account

Sign up at app.brine.co and add your company details. You'll be guided through importing your product catalog so Brine can match incoming orders against the right SKUs.

2. Connect a channel

Add the phone number or inbox your customers already use. Nothing changes for them — they keep texting or emailing the same contact. Brine listens in the background and structures whatever comes in.

3. Review and approve

When an order arrives, Brine parses the items, quantities, and any special instructions, then drops a clean draft into your dashboard. Check it, adjust if needed, and approve. Approved orders sync to your connected ERP automatically.
